Final source code and assets are handed over once all agreed payments are cleared. Content you supply must be yours to use. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services outside our control.
Advance payments secure your project slot and the work done so far. If we have not started work, you can request a refund within 7 days of paying.
Once a milestone is delivered it is not refundable. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, we will fix it or refund the unfinished portion. Approved refunds are returned within 7 to 10 working days.
